Fundraising Rules

  1. All students are expected to attend games.
  2. 10 parents are needed to work each football game and 5 parents for each basketball and baseball game.
  3. No smoking is permitted in any concession stand at any time.
  4. No Parking spaces are provided.
  5. All participants will be provided aprons and the last check will be held until all aprons are returned.
  6. No tank tops or very short dresses will be allowed; all T-Shirts must have sleeves. shorts, khakis, and blue jeans are recommended; and closed shoes are required for all participants.
  7. No clothing displaying alcohol, cigarettes, sex, or any other offensive advertisement on it should be worn.
  8. All clothing should be worn clean and neat to represent West-Oak Band.
  9. No rival team sportswear should be worn at any time while at Clemson.
  10. No one is entitled to eat packaged foods or bottled drinks, and if you eat something that is provided to you, you must inform the record keeper on duty.
  11. No complementary cups are to be handed over to the customers for any reason.
  12. Condiment stations need to be cleaned by the group running the stands and should be wiped down prior and during the serving times.
  13. Participants should wear gloves while in contact with raw meat material.
  14. Please wash your hands after eating and after using the restroom area.
  15. Please make sure that all products are thawed out by running them under cold and not hot or warm water.
  16. Always use a scoop to fill cups of ice.
  17. If we fail to clean the stand area after the game is over, we will be fined $35.00 from our commission.
  18. After half-time, no more that 30 items should be cooked to keep down the spoilage count.
  19. Parent and child's credit goes toward child's account for band and trip.
  20. Baseball and other fundraisers to follow format as basketball.
  21. Basketball rules are the following numbers 21 - 25 (In addition to the above rules)
  22. Cooperation with all Aramark staff and employees ie required
  23. Vending or hawking as well as washing dishes are taks shared equally with all particpants
  24. Credits cannot be transferred after sign-in. Working for others is discouraged unless all credits for year are earned first.
  25. Profits from fundraisers are paid to Booster CLub then workers credit assigned to proper individuals.
